Can I bring my spouse?

Of course you can! If your spouse is a part of your business and intends on being a part of the conference, they will require their own ticket. Otherwise, if they are coming just for the trip, no ticket is required and you can simply make your hotel arrangements accordingly.

Can I bring important employees from my business?

Yes, definitely bring important employees from your business. We suggest that the role of the employees you bring, align with the itinerary topics we are going to be covering. This way, you can ensure that it will be a valuable investment for your business to have them present.

Are there going to be events in the evening?

We will coordinate dinner reservations on the Friday and Saturday evening for all attendees to join (not covered by Contracting.com). It will be a great chance to mingle outside of the conference with other Contracting.com members and with our team.

How many tickets can I buy?

You can buy as many tickets as you’d like! Our online ticketing system allows for up to 5 tickets, but if you are looking to buy more than 5, contact support@contracting.com.

Where do I stay for the weekend?

We have reserved a room block for all attendees at The DoubleTree Hilton Newark Penn Station at 1048 Raymond Blvd, Newark, NJ 07102.

Our preferred rate for the October 18-20, 2024 Contracting.com conference is $220 USD plus applicable taxes.

Reservations can be booked online via the booking link CONTRACTING.COM CONFERENCE (hilton.com) or via phone at (973) 622-5000 or (800) 445-8667 by mentioning that you are a part of the Contracting.com Conference.

The cutoff date for the room block is September 20th, 2024. Past this date, rooms are subject to availability and the current rate. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

What about parking if I drive?

Hotel parking is available for $20 per day, with overnight parking available for $57.

Is lunch provided?

We will have light snacks on Sunday.

What airports can I fly into?

The best option if you are flying is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, which is approximately 15-20 minutes from the hotel.

Do I need to bring anything?

We suggest that you bring the following items with you in order to get the most out of the event:

- Pens/pencils

- Some method for note taking (ie. notepad)

- A laptop is required to access important resources & participate in workshops

- Business cards for networking purposes

- Snacks if desired

What should I wear?

We recommend dressing in something business casual. Khakis, collared shirts, blouses, dress shirts, dress pants, and other similar attire is great. The aim should be to appear professional and businesslike, but be less formal than traditional business wear.
